Resterrae was founded in 2019 with a simple mission: to pioneer a new kind of business built on sustainable values, sustainable practices, and sustainable products. Drawing on years of professional experience across three continents, we set out to create a clear framework for how we would run an innovative, cross-disciplinary company that always looked to the horizon and proves daily that principle and responsibility doesn't need to cost a premium.

Today, Resterrae is active on both sides of the Atlantic, providing our clients with bespoke advisory services while simultaneously building closer ties with the SMEs, collectives and family-run farms that form the backbone of our community-oriented supply chain while expanding into new markets across the European Union and North America. Whether it's as simple as bringing better food to the table, or as revolutionary as advocating for transformational industrial policies, we believe in synergy and the need to defy expectations for any one field, and we are constantly looking for partners who want the same.
